Level 4 Certified Course
PortDeBras™ Exercise
This is the highest level of the training course, covering more complex and comprehensive sequences designed to provide a full understanding of the PortDeBras™ philosophy. The last time this course was offered in Europe was in 2018, so take advantage of this opportunity, even if you feel the level is advanced. It is fascinating to experience firsthand where PortDeBras™ can take you.
These sequences are copyrighted, so they cannot be taught in their entirety during public classes. These sequences serve as a tool for understanding the transitions and principles inherent to this highest level. Through practicing these sequences, you will gain an overview and bodily experience of new elements and understand—or rather, experience in your body—what fluid, guided Level 4 movement looks like.
The goal is to understand the connections, progression, and regression of elements from other levels. Each certified course offers an understanding of the principles that the instructor incorporates into their own original form. Practical examples can be found in the videos of the so-called Club System.
Program
We will learn the Level 4 sequences / analyze the connections to technique and transitions from lower levels / experience a demonstration class and receive guidance on how to structure a PortDeBras™ class incorporating elements and transitions from this level

Participation in this training confirms and extends your current official status as an instructor or trainer, and simultaneously renews your license to conduct official training under the PortDeBras™ brand. Every trainer or instructor who wishes to maintain their status and authority to train, organize workshops, and conduct training is required to participate in a so-called “trainer course” at least once every two years. For example, if your status is “instructor,” by participating in the trainer course, you automatically obtain the status of “Trainer”—a Level 1 trainer and instructor—which is valid for 2 years.
